Star Style - Penn Badgley

The Gossip Girl actor was spotted in snowy Manhattan last Thursday, filming scenes for the hit tv series in Woolrich arctic parka.

Actor Penn Badgley was spotted walking on the set of the popular TV show Gossip Girl with a Moncler jacket and a pair of Hunter Tall Boots ($125) on his feet. These boots were designed for everyday wear, but especially come in handy during fall and winter weather.
